Benefits of Wheatgrass and the Juicing Diet
Our original passion
for wheatgrass juice and the benefits of juicing wheatgrass comes from the study
of the life of Ann Wigmore and a visit to her institute back in
the early 90's. To find out more about the benefits we

Wheatgrass Book" she goes into detail about the benefits
of wheat grass, juicing and the living food diet. She also
formed an institution called The
Ann Wigmore institute which is still in operation today.
The Ann Wigmore institute writes about the benefits of
wheatgrass:

contains chlorophyll, all minerals known to man, and vitamins A,
B-complex, C, E, and K. Wheatgrass is extremely rich in protein,
and contains 17 amino acids, the building blocks of protein.
As a child, Dr. Ann learned about natural healing from her

injured in World War I. When, at age 50, she learned she had colon
cancer, she turned to raw greens, blended seeds, and grains.
