• K-TEC Electric Grain Mill - The Blendtec electric grain mill by K-TEC is our favorite grain mill!  It is fast, rugged, easy to clean and virtually maintenance free.  It grinds almost everything except nuts and oily seeds.  Grinds from fine to coarse (but not cracked).  It has a 6 year manufacturers warranty, holds 24 cups of flour and mills over 1 cup of flour per minute.  Includes instruction manual and instructional DVD.
• 5 Lbs of Ezekiel Bread Grain Mix  (Approx 13 Cups of Grain) - When ground into flour it yields about 22 to 23 cups of flour.  This is enough flour to make 6 loaves of bread.  Our Ezekiel Bread Grain Mix is certified organic, and has the perfect proportion of grains to make delicious and wholesome Ezekiel Bread.  The Ezekiel Bread Grain Mix includes:

• 1.5 Lbs of Ezekiel Sprouting Grain Mix (Approx 3 Cups of Grain) - For inclusion for Ezekiel Bread with sprouted grains. To be sprouted, chopped and added to Ezekiel Bread dough before baking.  Enough to add to 3 loaves of Ezekiel Bread.

• 1 Quart Sprouting Jar w/ Strainer Lid - Perfect way to sprout grains for Ezekiel Bread.  Instructions for sprouting and use included on jar label and on recipe card.
  
• 11.75 Oz. of Organic Agave Nectar - Madhava Brand - Agave Nectar is a vegan honey substitute.  It has a similar color and consistency to honey but is sweeter than honey.  Use 15% to 20% less agave than a recipe that calls for honey.  Use 15% to 20% more agave than a recipe that calls for honey.  More than enough for all 6 loaves in the kit.  Experiment with extra agave for a sweeter bread.
  
• 2 Oz. Real Salt All Natural Ancient Sea Salt - Redmond Brand - Unrefined, all natural, and trace mineral rich - Most likely similar to the salt Ezekiel himself might have used.  Provides more than enough salt for all six loaves in the kit.
  
• 16 Oz. of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Bragg Brand - First cold pressed - Provides much more than enough olive oil for the six loaves in the kit.
  
• Six 1/3 tsp. Packets of Organic Yeast - Rapunzel Brand - Certified organic and GMO free - Provides exactly enough yeast for six loaves of Ezekiel Bread, in pre-measured packets.
