Buckwheat is traditionally known to restore the circulatory system and is exceptionally high in Vitamin C. You can make all of Ann Wigmore's famous Energy Soups, Green Drinks, and Raw Salads.

This micro greens kit is specifically Sunflower and Buckwheat microgreens. Each of the greens grows for about seven days and make an amazing delicious addition to your salad.
