Often
in these pages we talk about visible light and
how it drives various energy transfer
mechanisms of our planet, thus sustaining
organic life. Wheatgrass is of course
one of the most direct sources of this
'captured' sunlight. Some religious and
philosophical systems suggest that there are
even more subtle forms of light feeding us at
levels we are not normally aware of, but that
are just important as the ones we are familiar
with. The Essene Gospel of Peace Book
Four is one of the most profound of these
sources of knowledge about the mystery of
light. In less that 35 pages of translation,
Edmund Bordeaux Szekely paints a picture of
the universe so profound we can only wonder.
Within the
grass there are energies within energies that
feed not only our physical bodies, but our
spiritual bodies as well. Our finer
bodies need finer food, the miracle being the
unfired, enzyme rich chlorophyll from the
grasses contains within it and provides to us
these finer energies for our higher being
bodies. As Christ says to his students
in The Essene Gospel of Peace- Book Four,
"But now I will speak to you of the
mysterious things, for I tell you truly, the
humble grass hide its glory under its coat of
humble green, and the Sons of Men walk on it,
plough it, feed it ot their beasts, but know
not what secrets are hidden within it..."
What secrets does
Jesus Christ intimate within the humble grass?
He tells us that the grass is the connecting
point between many different energies and
attributes of the creation we find ourselves
in. He says "...there is a Holy
Stream of Life which gave birth to Earthly
Mother and all her angels. Invisible is
this stream of life to the eyes of the Sons of
Men, for they walk in darkness..."
Christ tells his students that there is a
'Stream of Life' from which all springs, and
that humans cannot see this form of energy in
their present level of development. He
tells us that we intentionally separated
ourselves for the Tree of Life. "And then
did the Son of Man sever the golden threads
that bound him to his Earthly Mother and his
Heavenly Father; he stepped from the
Holy Stream of Life where his body, his
thought, his feelings were one with the Law,
and began to uses only his own thoughts, his
own feelings and his own deeds, making
hundreds of laws, where before there was only
One.

He
tells us of the need to find Peace within and
without before we can progress spiritually.
He talks of cleansing the body, mind and
heart, and in so doing becoming rightfully
aligned with Mother Earth. To cleanse
and purify body, mind and emotions, he offers
a Way to those who will cleave to the Tree of
Life. One of the important components of
the 'Way' includes using grasses. He
does not suggest only the drinking of the
juices of the grasses to cleanse and feed the
body. He suggests something more
profound in the relationship and connection of
human beings and the plants of the earth.
What is the
great secret he offers us in relation to the
power of the grasses to give us more that just
'food for the body'? Christ says to his
students, "Here is the secret, Sons of
Light: here in the humble grass. Here is
the meeting place of the Earthly Mother and
the Heavenly Father; here is the Stream of
Life which gave birth to all Creation; I tell
you truly, only to the Son of Man is it given
to see and hear and touch the Stream of Life
which flows between the Earthly and Heavenly
Kingdoms. Place your hands around the
tender grass of the Angel of Earth, and you
will see and hear and touch the power in the
humble grass..."
And
when the Son of Man has become purified, and
is able to use the finer foods of the grasses,
what then will his role be? Again,
Christ tells the group gathered near him
"When the Sons of Light are one with the
Stream of Life, then will the power of the
blades of grass guide them to the everlasting
kingdom of the Heavenly Father... the heavenly
kingdoms are crossed and crossed again and
again by streams of golden light, arching far
beyond the dome of the sky and having no end.
And the Sons of Light shall travel these
streams forever, knowing not death, guided by
the eternal love of the Heavenly Father."
