Payment Methods Accepted

We accept the following forms of payment at WheatgrassKits.com: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Check and Money Order. Please send your checks and money orders to Wheatgrasskits.com, 1041 North 450 West, Springville UT 84663. We are unable to accept C.O.D. orders or wire transfers.

Offline Ordering
We accept mail in orders. You can place your order online and then mail in a check or money order to Wheatgrasskits.com, 1041 North 450 West, Springville UT 84663. Or we can send you a catalog. We also take orders over the phone toll free at 866.948.4727.

Shipping Rates and Procedures

Free Shipping for orders that exceed $75 (not including shipping costs), otherwise we charge a flat $4.95 to ship your order to you.  This offer is only good for the lower 48 United States.  Additional fees may apply for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.  For orders to Canada, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Dominican Republic, please call us to place your order, as there are special shipping rates and regulations.

Wheatgrasskits.com ships all U.S bound package orders via FedEx Ground or United States Postal Service. Rates are based on current FedEx and USPS rates, your zip code, and the weight of the product. Foreign bound orders are currently not available in most cases due to custom regulations on our products. Please contact us at support@wheatgrasskits.com if you are interested in a Juicer or Book and we can quote you an international shipping rate.

Warranty / Guarantee Statement

WheatgrassKits.com warrants and guarantees that our products are, during normal use, free from defects in material and workmanship. If this product does not function as warranted during the warranty period, contact WheatgrassKits.com or the Manufacturer (if not WheatgrassKits.com) for repair or replacement.

Return Policy

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. All items returned for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee (if the item has been used and must be sold as used) For Juicers, many manufacturers offer additional factory coverage. With regard to such, you should contact the manufacturer of your item directly for information regarding eligibility and specific Terms and Conditions. We also do not except returns of media products such as permacharts, books and DVDs.
We are unable to accept returns on Live Mushroom Kits. Please note if you are giving the mushroom patch as a gift: Each Mushroom patch can be held for 30 days until it needs to be activated. Pearl Oyster patches can be held for 1 week or less before they need to be activated (these will activate on their own if they are held for too long). The rest of our kits can be held for 2 weeks before needing to be activated or observed. Also, because they are live items and have such a short time before needing to grow there are no returns on Mushroom Kits. Our supplier will not take them back. They will offer assistance if the mushrooms are not growing.

Return Procedure

Please call us at 801-491-8700 to obtain an Return Authorization. Package the product in original packaging with all the original parts and paperwork. You will be asked to put the RMA # (return authorization #) on the box. If you are returning a used juicer or other machine, we ask that you return it in clean condition.

FAQ about our Shipping and Order Polices

Do you ship to Canada?

We actually have a Canadian website, www.wheatgrasskits.ca but we can ship from our location in the U.S. it just can’t be anything that is organic material (seeds, soil).

Do you ship internationally?

Same rules apply as Canadian shipments. Please call to place these orders.

How can I check the status of my order?

If you provide an email when you place your order, you should receive an email with the tracking information within a few days. If you do not receive an email, you can email or call us.

Do you have coupons or can I get a discount?

If you sign up for the wheatgrass habit our monthly newsletter, we sometimes include online coupons for a percentage off of the entire order.

Do we ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes if you call our toll free number someone can take your order, we ship those priority or parcel post mail.

Can I send a check?

Yes, our address is 1041 N. 450 W. Springville, UT 84663. You can either call us to get a total, or place the order online and mark as paid by check.

What can I do if I can’t get my order to go through?

Please either email support@wheatgrasskits.com or call us 866-948-4727 to place the order.

If my seeds ship in cold weather will they still be viable when they arrive?

Cold weather is not a problem for our seeds, during the summer shipping should be fine as well, just don’t let them get wet or they will start to sprout without you!

If we are close to your warehouse, can we pick up our order to save on the shipping?

Yes! We have a small store front in our warehouse, if the order is large; please call beforehand so we can get the order ready for you. We are open 8-5 M-F.

Account Creation FAQ

What are the benefits of creating an account?
When you create an account, you will be able to return to the site and place future orders more quickly by logging in. When you check out while logged in, your shopping cart will be pre-populated with all your saved information. You won’t have to re-enter any information to place an order, just confirm each step of the checkout to complete your order.

How do I create an account?
Add products to your shopping cart and check out. You will be given the option of creating an account and choosing a password during the checkout process.

Will Wheatgrasskits.com ever share my personal information?
Your information is stored in our secure PCI compliant servers and never shared with any other party.

What can I do to recover my password?

What should I do if I want to change my personal information or my password?
You can edit your customer profile under the "Your Account" tab after you log in. Your payment information is not displayed. If you would like to change your payment information, you can do it in the shopping cart (while logged in) as you place an order.
