These sunflower seeds are certified organic, hulled, and unseasoned. They are raw and have a fair germination rate if used for sprouts. They work well for sprouting if you want to eat the whole sprout. Fully grown sunflower greens (grown in soil using the in-shell sunflower) are also delicious in sandwiches or in a salad.
