Norwalk Juicer Reviews & Ratings

by | Wednesday, April 24, 2013 | 0 comment(s)

We ran a large survey of several hundred juicer owners and have compiled the results here. We hope you find the best juicer for your needs and budget.

Norwalk only makes one juicer, the Model 280, and it isn't really accurate to call it a juicer, as it's more of a press. It is massive, built like a stainless steel tank and heavy (almost 60 lbs). It has manufactured continuously for over 70 years and is the oldest juicer on the market by about 40 years. It is also the most expensive coming at $2400, almost twice the price of the Super Angel 5500. It is very durable with a lifetime warranty.

The Norwalk Juicer isn't a great choice for wheatgrass (but will do it), but if you are doing high volumes and want the machine that extracts the maximum amount of juice from produce this is the one. The pulp comes out very dry, and it also offers some multi-function capabilites like grinding grain into flour, making nut butters, frozen sorbets, and baby food.

The Norwalk Juicer is simultaneously the most expensive and highest rated juicer in our survey. It is certainly not for everyone due to the price and bulk, however.
